My niece, Lisa, is an ER doctor that helped organize a group of medical friends from the states, through Mercy Compassion Center, to do medical care in Migore County, Nairoibi, Kenya. They provided a sickle-cell clinic, medical care at 2 hospitals, menstrual & hygienic packets, taught physical and oral hygiene and CPR at an orphanage. Sew and Serve provided 30 craft aprons, 10 chef's aprons, and 25 pillowcases to the people there. Quoting my niece, she said, "The girls absolutely the aprons as well as the cooks! The orphanage was so thankful for the pillowcases and said it would change many lives. God bless everyone who helped with this project!"
